How can I pay for my purchase?

We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard & Direct Bank Deposit.

When will my parcel be delivered?

Payments need to be received and confirmed before goods are shipped. All paid orders will be processed within 3 business days and couriered via Fastway Couriers . Fastway Couriers delivery can take between one and ten days dependent on location.

What if my parcel does not arrive within 10 days?

Please check with your local Fastway Couriers in the event that delivery was attempted but unsuccessful. If it's not at Fastway Couriers office please email us with all your details and we will contact Fastway Couriers.

What if my item is faulty?

If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
 
The original receipt must be provided for ANY returned garments as proof of purchase.  Please contact us for a Returns form.
