    We ship all parcels via Fastway Couriers or DHL for international packages. We aim to send all orders within 5 business days of receipt of payment, at which time you will be sent an email confirming that your order has been dispatched

    You should then allow for up to 3-5 business days for your package to arrive. Please note that during peak seasonal periods delivery time frames are longer (particularly the November/December Christmas period)

    Duties & Taxes

    You are liable for any international import duties, customs & local sales taxes levied by the country that is in your delivery address

    These taxes and duties may need to be paid in order to release your order from customs on arrival into your country and Evolution Clothing Limited takes no responsibility for these charges

    The below return policy applies to items in stock at time of order

    • In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind after making an online purchase, we will happily provide you with an exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

      1. The items with the original receipt are returned within 7 days of purchase.
      2. Items must be in original condition as purchased and all labels/tickets attached. Garments must not have been worn
    • Please note refunds will only be offered to online full price purchases only and will not include any shipping fee's paid
    • If you have paid for an online order via payby-layby or afterpay we will not be able to give you cash back for your order, only a replacement, exchange or a in store credit 
    • If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy
    • There are no refunds on sale items unless the item's are faulty and we will meet our obligations under the consumer guarantee act. 
    • The original receipt must be provided for ANY returned garments as proof of purchase
